Österbotten's Hall in Negaunee, Michigan.
The "Österbotten's Hall" in Negaunee, Michigan was built by the "Temperance
Society Österbotten". The sewing society "Stjärnan av Österbotten" raised most
of the money, and the members of the Temperance Society made the construction
work. The Temperance Society and the aid society "Myran" joined in 1920 and
formed the "Runeberg Lodge" #3 with 119 members. The Hall was sold in 1963 and
the lodge dissolved some years later.

to Anders Andersson Wargstrom on 16 December 1883.
Top:
Here she is taking a train from Spokane, Washington to Post Falls,
Idaho in 1913 (as I understand it). This is the old Spokane Railroad Station. At
that point she was going to meet her husband and she looks like a Happy Lady!
Bottom: She is pictured as she greets people at the front door of her
daughter, Elin Maria's home, where she was visiting in 1917. The home was
located on an island in the middle of the Spokane River near Post Falls,
Idaho.

The Swede-Finn Hall, Telluride, Colorado.
The Swede-Finn Hall on 472 W. Pacific Avenue in Telluride, Colorado, was
built in 1898 by the temperance society Framåt (Forward). The Hall was
owned by different organizations until most of the Swede-Finns had moved away to
find better ways of living in other locations. Today the building is owned by
the Elks Club, after being a privately owned restaurant opened in 1992. The name
of the building is still the Swede-Finn Hall.
